Solar Energy Research

Successful testing of the feasibility model was followed by construction of the full-size two-axis solar tracker, which requires less than 10 watts to drive it, produces 2 kilowatts of heat energy, and heats 100 gallons of 55°F tap water to 155°F in 8 hours of daylight. (Patent No. 4,202,321)
